What is the warranty on Snowdrop™ Cloth Pad & Pantyliner products?
Baby Snowdrop warranty on the workmanship and materials in a properly cared(according to the instruction of caring) for product for one year from the date of purchase. Baby Snowdrop warranty covers all components of our products including the snaps, stitching, and waterproofing.
To make a warranty claim, product must be sent at customer's expense to Baby Snowdrop for examination of workmanship and materials. After reviewing your pads, we may replace a new pads with the same size or amount but the color/prints may be differ from the pads you own(depending on the stocks available at that time). Receipt proof of purchase is also needed.
Except when caused by manufacturing or component defect, this guarantee does not cover leaking, pads odor or normal wear/tear.
Warranty is void when:
-The washing and caring instructions have not been followed.
-The pad has been altered.
-Any of the following has been used in conjunction with the use/care of the product:
-A detergent containing additives (enzymes, brighteners, whiteners, dyes, vinegar and bleach)
-Fabric softeners
